【Visitor Guidelines】

  1. Please arrive at the venue entrance on time and queue according to the time stated on your ticket. The earliest queuing time is 30 minutes before the ticketed entry time, and there may be a wait of at least 30 minutes for entry.
  2. If you are unable to enter on the designated date and time, the ticket will become void and no refund or ticket exchange will be arranged.
  3. Tickets are for single-use only and cannot be used for multiple entries. The ticket is valid throughout the exhibition period. Selling or reselling tickets near the exhibition hall is prohibited.
  4. Due to safety considerations, some exhibition areas have limited visiting time and capacity. Please follow the instructions of the on-site staff.
  5. For visitors under 12 years old on the date of the valid ticket, they must be accompanied by an adult holding a ticket at all times. If there is any doubt, the staff reserves the right to request identification or age verification. Parents, guardians, and/or accompanying adults are responsible for the behavior of children. If a child disrupts others, causes harassment, or intentionally damages the installations, they may be asked to leave.
  6. The organizer reserves the right to prohibit entry and remove participants from the exhibition hall due to improper behavior. Visitors with valid adult tickets on the date of visit can bring one child under 3 years old for free. If there is any doubt, the staff reserves the right to request identification or age verification for the person entering.
  7. The latest entry time for the last session of each day is 9:00 PM. Visitors who miss the latest entry time will not be allowed to enter, refund, or exchange tickets. The exhibition hall will close at 10:00 PM, and visitors must leave the venue by 10:00 PM or earlier.
  8. Unless the event is postponed, canceled due to severe weather or exhibition accidents, refunds or ticket exchanges are not allowed.
  9. Visitors are not allowed to bring strollers or large personal belongings into the exhibition hall. Please take care of strollers and personal belongings on your own as the exhibition hall does not provide storage services.
  10. For safety management reasons, wheelchairs are not allowed in some exhibition areas.
  11. Restrooms are not available during the visit inside the exhibition hall. Visitors are advised to make necessary preparations before entering.
  12. Cameras are allowed inside the exhibition, but please respect the copyrights of the artworks. Flash photography, tripods, lighting equipment, and selfie sticks are prohibited.
  13. Commercial photography or interviews are not allowed without prior permission from the organizer.
  14. Eating and smoking are prohibited inside the venue.
  15. Carrying any stolen items into the exhibition hall is strictly prohibited without permission from the organizer.
  16. Dangerous and flammable items are strictly prohibited from entering the exhibition hall.
  17. All visitors enter at their own risk. Due to dim lighting and uneven/slippery surfaces in some areas, all visitors, especially the elderly, pregnant women, and wheelchair users, should exercise extra caution when visiting the exhibition and appreciating the artworks. Please contact the on-site staff for any assistance needed.
  18. To maintain exhibition quality and safety, some exhibition areas may have time and capacity restrictions. Please follow the instructions of the on-site staff and queue accordingly.
  19. Please follow the designated visitor routes, exhibition hall rules, and instructions from the on-site staff inside the exhibition area. In case of crowded conditions, please wait in line orderly.
  20. For safety management reasons, wheelchair users may not be allowed to enter certain facilities. Please understand that there may be a waiting time for wheelchair access due to crowded conditions. Please follow the instructions of the staff and wait patiently.
  21. In case of an emergency, follow the instructions of the on-site staff for evacuation.
  22. Some exhibition areas may be temporarily closed without prior notice.
  23. Some exhibits may have strong lighting and loud sound effects, which may cause momentary discomfort. If you experience any discomfort, please inform the on-site staff for assistance.
  24. Visitors are prohibited from touching the equipment and devices. In case of damage to exhibits, compensation will be required.
  25. The organizer reserves the right not to reissue lost tickets and to change, modify, add, or revoke any terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.   26. The organizer reserves the right to refuse entry to visitors who do not comply with the above guidelines and related regulations, and to request them to leave the premises.
